For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed at Salt Cottages. Service dogs are welcome.

Standard Daily Rate: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due and will be charged on the date of arrival.

Discounted Rates: Reservations require a 100% advanced deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

Standard Rates: Reservations are cancellable up to 14-days prior to arrival and the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14-days in advance, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of the deposit. As of the arrival date, reservations are fully non-refundable and the remaining balance will be charged; same-day cancellations, no-shows, and early departures will result in all payments collected being retained.

Discounted Rates: 100% advanced deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time. Deposit is forfeited to Salt Cottages.

We are located on Coastal Route 3, directly across from Frenchman Bay and only minutes from the Hull’s Cove entrance to Acadia.

1-BEDROOM OCEAN VIEW COTTAGE

Couples or solo adventurers who bring lots of gear or prefer extra space love the separate living room in our 1-bedroom Ocean View Cottages. You get all the style and luxury of our studio cottages with more room to spread out and relax.

BUNGALOWS

Each of the ten rooms in our motor lodge has a private entrance with two chairs under the[DL1] covered porch where you can watch the sun rise over Frenchman Bay. Our completely updated version of the classic vacation experience is an excellent choice for couples, families, and groups who want to stay close to each other but don’t want to share a room.

A group booking is defined as the reservation of six (6) or more guest rooms for the same dates under a single arrangement. Whether you are hosting a private celebration, an executive retreat, or a social gathering, our intimate size and bespoke service allow us to curate every detail for a seamless and personalized stay.

Commission is offered on eligible transient reservations booked under the Standard Daily Rate at 10% on the room rate only. Please note that promotional, negotiated, group, package, and other discounted rates are not commissionable. To qualify for commission, Travel Agents must provide a valid IATA, ARC, TIDS, or CLIA number at the time of booking. Commission is payable after guest departure.

Group bookings are reviewed and handled as part of the group contracting process, and any applicable commissions are outlined and confirmed within that agreement.
